Coming from someone who absolutely loves typography, photography and globetrotting, I am feeling the tingling sensations of inspiration, thanks to Turkish designer Gokhun Guneyhan! The 20 year old youngen came up with this set of photographic typography, pairing characteristic fonts with imagery to reflect the personality of each city. I’m inspired to dig through and muck around with my own set of travel photos, similar to the post I did on my trip to London. His work is reminiscent to that of landscape typography by Julian Bilowas. Hope you feel just as inspired to either write, travel or pick up your camera and take some city shots (even if its with the one attached to your mobile phone)!

I know right! They’re like postcards. The Bordeaux pic looks like a scene from Mary Poppins when she jumped into the painting.
